Contact Repair Habit
Questions, corrections, story ideas, and reader letters all welcome.
We read every message that comes in. We try to reply to the ones we can actually help with, which is most of them, though sometimes it takes a few days. If your question is something other readers would benefit from, we may turn the answer into a published guide, with your permission.
If you have spotted a mistake in something we wrote, please tell us. We would rather hear about it from a careful reader than leave it sitting wrong in our archive.

Other ways to reach us
If you have a question about a specific guide, the fastest route is to leave a comment on the article itself. We see those first, and other readers often jump in to help.
For partnership questions, press enquiries, or unusually long technical questions, you can email us directly at hello [at] repairhabit dot com. We do not have a phone line. We are a small operation.
What we can and cannot help with
We can help with: clarifying a step in one of our guides, suggesting a maintenance approach for a problem we have written about, accepting corrections, considering ideas for new guides, and saying thank you when something has been useful.
We cannot help with: diagnosing very specific failures over email without ever seeing the item (we try, but the answer is usually “please show a local repair person”), commenting on products we have not personally used, doing technical phone support, or recommending warranty escalation paths for specific brands.
